Raspberry Lemonade Mocktail Spritzer

This lightly sweet, refreshing raspberry lemonade mocktail spritzer features a honey-rosemary simple syrup, fresh raspberries, and lemon. Perfect for a family friendly special occasion, baby shower, or sunny afternoon!

- 32 oz raspberry lemonade
- 2 Cups Hot water
- 3/4 Cup pure honey
- 4-5 sprigs rosemary
- 16 fresh raspberries
- 20 oz Club Soda
Garnish
- 1/2 fresh lemon sliced into triangles
- 8 sprigs rosemary
First, dissolve the 3/4 Cup of honey in 2 Cups of Hot water.

Using the back of a spoon or fork, crush 4-5 whole raspberries and stir them into the honey water. Then, add 4-5 long sprigs of rosemary. Let it cool to room temperature, then transfer it to the fridge so it will continue to steep overnight.

After the honey-rosemary simple syrup has steeped overnight, you are ready to make your mocktail! Pour 32 oz of raspberry lemonade into a large bowl or pitcher. Then, strain the honey-rosemary simple syrup and add it to the raspberry lemonade.

Finally, add the Club soda. Stir briskly with a spoon.

To assemble your raspberry lemonade mocktail spritzer, drop a couple fresh raspberries into the bottom of your glass and then add ice to fill. Pour the raspberry lemonade over the ice and garnish with a short sprig of rosemary and a slice of fresh lemon.
