Ingredients

  • 6 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar or Honey
  • 4 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 sticks salted butter, melted
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 Cups half and half, cream, or milk

Maple Whipped Cream

  • 1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup

Instructions

  • Mix together all the dry ingredients.
  • In a separate bowl, mix eggs, half and half, and melted butter.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 9 X 13 baking dish and refrigerate overnight OR bake immediately at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • Serve warm with topping of your choice. Our favorite is a large dollop of maple whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon!

Maple Whipped Cream

  • With a hand mixer on medium speed, begin whipping the cream until it forms soft peaks. Add in the maple syrup and whip for ten seconds. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
