In a separate bowl, mix eggs, half and half, and melted butter.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into a 9 X 13 baking dish and refrigerate overnight OR bake immediately at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
Serve warm with topping of your choice. Our favorite is a large dollop of maple whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon!
Maple Whipped Cream
With a hand mixer on medium speed, begin whipping the cream until it forms soft peaks. Add in the maple syrup and whip for ten seconds. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
